Level 1 Award in Food safety
The course provides candidates with a basic awareness of the health and safety issues faced in any food-related premises.
This half-day qualification is ideal for those who are entering the food premises workplace for the first time, either as part of a work experience programme or at the start of employment.
The qualification provides an awareness of key safety issues and the role that all employees play in keeping themselves and others free from harm at work.
